Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost, so no payment or refund applies.

2. Premium Plan Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with the Premium plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided the request is made in good faith.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@itemfinderimage.com with your PayPal transaction ID and the email address used at checkout. Refund requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted for accounts that have violated the Terms of Service, or for requests made more than 7 days after purchase.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method. Depending on PayPal's processing time, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
